ORDERS AND SHIPMENTS
Shipping is free for orders over €100
We ship within 2-3 business days to Italy and within 5-7 business days for international orders.
Yes! You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. You can also track your purchase in the “my orders” section of your account
You can cancel your order by contacting our support team until your order has been processed and shipped. If your order has already entered the shipping process we cannot guarantee order cancellation.

SHIPPING & RETURN
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, as long as the product is in its original condition.
Please contact us via email with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.
Sometimes couriers may experience delays due to third party factors. Check the shipment in the order tracking section or contact us if there is no update for a long time
