9.3. Some personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable unless they have a manufacturing defect.

10.1. All products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity under EU law.
10.2. In case of accidental breakage of a component of the Altera eyewear, Altera commits to providing the replacement part at no additional cost, upon email communication from the user and verification by Altera Brand.
